• Phishing: Attempting to obtain sensitive information such as usernames, passwords, or financial details by impersonating SARL MACHETTO DOUGLAS or any other entity
• Malware distribution: Uploading, transmitting, or distributing viruses, trojans, worms, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious software or code
• Unauthorized account access: Attempting to access, tamper with, or use accounts belonging to other users without their explicit authorization
• Reverse engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code, algorithms, or underlying structure of any part of the Service

• Accuracy: Content must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Breeder listings must accurately represent the breeder's practices, location, breeds, and qualifications
• Non-defamatory: Content must not contain false statements of fact that damage the reputation of any individual, business, or organization
• Non-infringing: Content must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties
• Free of hate speech: Content must not promote, incite, or glorify hatred, violence, or discrimination against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic
• No promotion of animal cruelty: Content must not promote, encourage, depict, or facilitate animal cruelty, neglect, abuse, or any practices that compromise animal welfare

SARL MACHETTO DOUGLAS reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards at its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.

5. Commercial Use Restrictions

Unless explicitly authorized by SARL MACHETTO DOUGLAS in writing, you may not:

• Use the Service or any content obtained from the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Create, compile, or build a competing directory, database, or listing service using data obtained from the Service

Breeders with active paid subscriptions are granted commercial use rights solely as described in their subscription terms and the Terms of Service.

6. System Integrity

You must not take any action that could compromise the integrity, performance, or availability of the Service. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Overload, flood, or overwhelm the Service's servers or infrastructure with excessive requests or data
• Conduct or facilitate distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or any similar attacks against the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service, its servers, networks, or connected infrastructure
• Introduce or attempt to introduce any code or mechanism designed to degrade, disable, or impair the functionality of the Service
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system or network without prior written authorization

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, or if you encounter content or conduct on the Service that you believe to be unlawful, harmful, or in breach of this Policy, you are encouraged to report it promptly.

9. No Liability for User Actions

SARL MACHETTO DOUGLAS, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, partners, licensors, and service providers (collectively, the "Protected Parties") shall not be held liable for the actions, conduct, or content of any user who violates this Policy.

While SARL MACHETTO DOUGLAS endeavors to enforce this Policy and maintain the integrity of the Service, the Protected Parties make no representations or warranties that all violations will be detected or prevented. Users interact with breeders and other users at their own risk.

You acknowledge that SARL MACHETTO DOUGLAS has no obligation to monitor all user activity on the Service but reserves the right to do so and to take action against violations as described herein.
