About Bel Cher Shelties
Debbi Kaplan is from and lives in the upstate of South Carolina and breeds and shows Shetland Sheepdog. Debbi purchased her first sheltie in 1977 and has been active in shelties since then. She primarily shows in confirmation although several shelties she bred have excelled in agility and other performance sports. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. We encourage all prospective puppy owners to do their research and be prepared with questions to ask the breeder.
