Janelle Blee is from Arizona and breeds Maltese. I am new to breeding dogs but not new to Maltese. I have owned them for 36 years and absolutely love everything about the breed. They are loving and loyal. I have allergies so they are perfect for me. This is my first time breeding two of my fur babies and things going well.
