Looking for a Great Dane that can live 12 years instead of just 5? It’s fully possible, and we’ve proven it with our bloodlines. Brickhouse Danes has been breeding Great Danes long enough to know what it takes to produce healthy dogs with sound structure and strong genetics, producing the longest possible lifespan for the breed. In addition to being AKC registered, our puppies come from parents tested by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) for hips, elbows, heart, thyroid and VonWillebrand. This is a mandatory level of testing you should demand when purchasing a Great Dane. They come with a two-year genetic health guarantee, are microchipped, dew claws removed and are up to date on shots and wormer. We breed for health and temperament as the top priorities, while following strict AKC conformation standards. Potty training begins in the nursery and continues with the use of a dog door. Puppies are well-socialized with my pack and ready to join their forever families after 9 weeks of age. We conduct video calls with all potential buyers and encourage you to ask questions and check references. The relationship with your breeder lasts the life of your dog and we offer breeder support for any questions that arise during your dog’s life. We also provide boarding for your dog throughout its lifetime. Additionally, we require owner surrender—if at any point you can no longer keep your dog.
