We are Cyndi & Jim Flautt, hobby breeders of German Shepherds since 1978. Over the years we have participated successfully in AKC conformation, obedience, tracking, rally, and herding. We have bred, owned or co-owned, 36 AKC champions, including all breed Best In Shows, GSDCA Award of Excellence, National Futurity/Maturity Victrix and Selects, 10 GSDCA Register of Merit, multiple regional Futurity/Maturity winners, and 13 dual titled dogs (Champions with obedience/performance titles) An AKC Breeder of Merit, I am a lifetime member of the German Shepherd Dog Club of America, a member of Mississippi State Kennel Club, and Jackson Obedience Training Club. Litters are bred infrequently, always with sires and dams that are health tested. Our dogs' hips and elbows are certified with the OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals) www.offa.org At least one of the sire and dam of a litter is DM (Degenerative Myelopathy) clear to ensure that no puppies will be born “at risk” for DM. Our goal is to breed beautiful German Shepherds that are sound in body and mind. We are very proud of our dogs who have gone on to compete successfully across the US and Canada, and also of those who have become therapy dogs, cherished family members and companions. Puppies are sold with written hip and health guarantees. They will have age appropriate vaccinations and wormings, and have received a vet check prior to leaving with new owners.
