My family and I are from Oregon. We breed Basset Hounds. We hand raise our puppies with their health and socializing in mind. They are raised inside our home as family members. Mom and Dad are spoiled. We oversee the labor and delivery 24/7 for the first two weeks of our puppies lives. Hand feeding and watering Momma so she can focus on caring for her pups. We place a great deal of importance on our Bassets’ health on all levels. In view of this we breed for healthy and sweet-tempered pups. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. We encourage all prospective puppy owners to do their research and be prepared with questions to ask the breeder. Make sure you are not only choosing the right breed for you, but also that you’re getting it from the right individual.
