Wendy Batten-Ward is from Loris, South Carolina. She and her husband, Robert Ward own Carolina Malinois and breed Belgian Malinois Shepherds, all AKC Registered. Wendy, Robert and their family of Belgians live out in the country with a large fenced track of land where the dogs get lots of activity, exercise and stimulation. They even have their own "doggie condo" equipped with heat and a/c. Prior to Belgians, Robert raised and attack trained Dobermans for over 15 years. Although new to breeding Belgians, Robert is experienced in this field and after having his first Belgian, fell in love with the breed and its learning ability and intelligence. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. We encourage all prospective puppy owners to do their research and be prepared with questions to ask the breeder. Make sure you are not only choosing the right breed for you, but also that you’re getting it from the right individual.
