Chowleigh Kennels was established in 1972 by Bob and Merle Williams and today is also helped by daughters Narelle and Claire. Chowleigh Kennels have imported 19 Chow Chows over the years from both the UK and USA. They are currently working with lines from both countries which have allowed them to produce quality examples of the breed and the pedigrees they work with and produce can be found in many foundation dogs of kennels around the country and in NZ.
