We are in the Texas Panhandle and have lived on the same country property for almost 25 years. We do NOT have any outside pens or buildings with any animal in it. Our dogs aren't dogs, they are FAMILY and treated as such. They live in the house with us & start sleeping in bed with us between 12-16 weeks old. Being a retired nurse, each puppy is hand delivered & evaluated at birth. Puppies receive a vet check, vaccinations & worming at the appropriate times. Each puppy is started on newspaper & puppy pads; however, we do not let them go outside until they have received all 4 puppy vaccinations, reducing exposure to Distemper, Parvo & other diseases that can be carried into the yard. Most people don't know but 2% of all dogs don't develop immunity even when they are fully vaccinated. We work very hard to give our babies all the love & attention they need to thrive. Many buyers have told us our puppies are FULL of personality & very well adjusted. Each puppy is sent home with a puppy bag, filled with items to make the transition easier on both the puppy and the new parents. We want things to go as smooth as possible for everyone. Should things not work out (which we have NEVER had happen), we REQUIRE the puppy be returned to US. If down the road you are unable to care for your dog, contact us and we will happily take your baby. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. We encourage all prospective puppy owners to do their research and be prepared with questions to ask the breeder. Make sure you are not only choosing the right breed for you, but also that you’re getting it from the right individual.
