Terrie Houck is from North Carolina and breeds Miniature Schnauzers. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. We encourage all prospective puppy owners to do their research and be prepared with questions to ask the breeder. Make sure you are not only choosing the right breed for you, but also that you’re getting it from the right individual. I have been breeding and showing Miniature Schnauzers for over 30 years.  My puppies are raised in my home, and get a lot of attention from day one.  All puppies are sold on a spay/neuter contract, have their eyes examined by a veterinarian ophthalmologist, come with a 6 year health guarantee encompassing any genetic problem that might arise which compromises the companions ability to be a pet. For those not interested in raising a puppy, but would like a well bred Miniature Schnauzer, there are times when I have adults I am willing to place in forever homes.  Most of the adults are retired champions. I am a member of the American Miniature Schnauzer Club, and do all of the recommended health testing recommended.
