My name is Glendon Fox, and we named our kennel Emperor's Akitas to honor the royal Japanese heritage of these magnificent creatures. While I have loved dogs all my life, we began breeding Akitas a little over a decade ago. Our commitment is to keep our kennel small enough that each dog receives personal care and love from us and our kids. We enjoy answering questions about the breed, and helping you decide if this is the right one for you, and also stay in touch with many of our adoptive families to provide support as their fur babies grow up. We have a commitment to always re-home any of our dogs should you become unable to care for your pet though out his or her lifetime.
