Norma Seal is from Utah and breeds Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. I am a small hobby breeder. I show in AKC , participate in barnhunt and pet therapy. All breeding dogs have heart and eyes checked annually, hip and patella OFA certified, plus DNA testing for breed related issues, and MRI. Puppies are raised in my home and experience daily family life. Puppies are started on house breaking, crate training, and will be current on vaccinations, and dewormed. I breed to the AKC standard and do my best to produce dogs that can compete in the show ring and live long happy lives.
