We are the Keehn family and we enjoy our Porties =) We have been breeding exceptionally beautiful and consistently healthy Keehn-Country puppies for over 15 years now. We say "KEEHN-COUNTRY" because our babies are UNIQUELY RAISED in our family life in a way that fosters quality. A combination of experience, age, youth, and children as well as our country setting located on many acres, in addition to our animal-family made up of horses, dogs, and cats help these puppies from birth to experience so much human connection, as well as the sights and sounds of our family life. This interaction makes them more relational and more confident in their everyday life. Our Portie parents are GENETICALLY TESTED (over 200 tests), and HIP-TESTED, which is a MUST to ensure genetically healthy puppies as much as possible. We sell our puppies as pets to single people and families for their enjoyment; we do not sell to breeders. We are very protective to guard our lines to produce only the healthiest puppies. Our Portie babies are cared for very carefully. By the time they leave our home, they are very familiar w a crate, doggie door, and pottie training. They've had car rides and baths. We carefully observe temperaments. Our Portie babies are all over America and even abroad. If we are too far away for you to visit, our transporter can carefully bring your puppy to you.
