Jo Sutton is from Texas and loves and breeds Labrador Retrievers for 10 years. Excellent family dogs with Master Hunter and Champion lineages. My dogs love going to the beach to exercise and frolic in the water. We also let them roam, practice tracking and retrieving at our 220-acre ranch. Puppies will be AKC registered, vet checked, have dew claws removed and will have 6-week shots before released to loving homes. Our dams are very smart, protective and affectionate. The sire is a beautiful and a loving chocolate who will retrieve all day long. Will be great family dogs and have been prepared to be your best friend. We have excellent references and keep in touch with our litters and all are doing great. Every Matagorda Lab puppy will have a Puppy Health Record and will be De-wormed at 6 weeks. We provide filled out AKC Registration forms, Copy of Parent’s pedigree,. Our dogs will be socialized with people, other dogs and children and paper trained along with basic come command. Socialization is critical and so they are played and handled everyday . We began working with our puppy's at 4 weeks watching personality develop for placement.They are exposed to water and we ask you to bring a washcloth with your scent to be able to separate your pup to get used to your scent so they have no separation anxiety. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. We encourage all prospective puppy owners to do their research and be prepared with questions to ask the breeder. Make sure you are not only choosing the right breed for you, but also that you’re getting it from the right individual. Full registration with breeding privileges, we ask for 1/2 down the other on pick up day. You will need to plan approximately 1 hour for this time.
