Heather Cortese is from North Carolina and breeds French Bulldogs. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. We encourage all prospective puppy owners to do their research and be prepared with questions to ask the breeder. Make sure you are not only choosing the right breed for you, but also that you’re getting it from the right individual. A FAMILY AFFAIR... Both from Wisconsin, we (Heather and Adam), have been together since High School. The Marine Corps brought us to North Carolina in 1996 where we were married. It also brought us back here in 2009. Adam retired in 2015, and we have settled here for the foreseeable future. Both our children have graduated from high schools here in Eastern NC. Heather grew up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin, so she has been around animals all her life, and the two of us have had dogs in our relationship since before getting married. In total I believe we have had 14 dogs over the years, a few Guinea Pigs, a rabbit, turtles, and fish. We have raised Rottweilers, Boxers, Olde English Bulldogs, a German Shepard, a few mixes along the way, and now French Bulldogs. Let us help find you the newest member of your family.
