About Nick and Hilary Ratkay

Nick and Hilary Ratkay are from Indiana and breed Miniature Schnauzers. We own the great-grandparents, grandmother and mother of this liter. We have always enjoyed the companionship that these dogs provide and each one of them is a very special part of our family. All of our previous litters (those from great-grandma (Violet) and grandma (Clover)) have been raised in our home, with each litter spending a ton of time with their older canine family members. They also receive a lot of human interaction and socialization because they are in the home with us, eating, sleeping and playing! AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. We encourage all prospective puppy owners to do their research and be prepared with questions to ask the breeder. Make sure you are not only choosing the right breed for you, but also that you’re getting it from the right individual.
