I have been breeding and showing dogs for over 30 years. I pride myself in breeding happy and healthy dogs. All our dogs are loved house pets first, show dogs second! All litters are raised in a loving home environment Our dogs are all raised and live permanently inside our clean home. All dogs in our breeding program are health screened prior to being used in the program. This includes DNA testing for available genetic tests, hip x rays and BAER hearing testing on the Dalmatians They receive professional veterinary care annually, are kept in pristine physical condition including coat grooming, nail trimming, teeth cleaning, and receive a lot of exercise daily to remain healthy. They are very valued members of our household and do not live in kennels or runs - they share their space with other breeds of dogs and cats and are positively introduced to many household situations from day one. Including vacuums, doorbells, kitchen sounds, lawn equipment and various people of all ages, etc. We are a very busy household and we always include our dogs in our daily lives. ​ What to Expect at Adoption Time? Your Novus puppy will come home with their first vaccinations, they'll be microchipped, dewormed, BAER hearing tested (Dalmatians only) and accompanied with their health folder. We will also send you home with enough of their current puppy food to swap them to the food of your choice, as well as a gift bag of things to celebrate your new arrival.
