I've been raising dogs for a few decades. At this point in my life I have just a handful of dogs as I have cut way back. Last year I gave up my kennel license because my numbers do not require it. Currently I have 5 males and 3 females. It's hard to give up the best. We must keep the standards high in a world where we're trying to keep a pure gene pool.
