R Butler & Z Fisher-Kappler Polarhikes journey begun to develop at the addition of our first Alaskan Malamute, Duke, in 2011. After several years of fostering through a breed specific rescue, we decided we wanted to leave our mark in the malamute community, producing sound, healthy, workable dogs as they had always been intended to be. Our aim was always and will always be to honour our breed standard in both confirmation but also healthy working drive. We actively compete in sports with our dog
