I bred and successfully showed Cattle Dogs from 1979 till the birth of our son Cruz in 1999. About eight years later we started looking for a pet for Cruz, we wanted a dog that was small enough to be in the house comfortably, low maintenance and most importantly be a robust and fun dog for an 8 year old boy….
