About Wanderlust Mini Americans

Based in central Maryland and breeds Miniature American Shepherds. All of our dogs are part of our family! We enjoy hiking, camping, and competing in performance and conformation events with our dogs. We believe there is no better companion than a MAS and look forward to helping you find one to join your family so you can enjoy all the things we love to do with ours. Most of our time is spent competing in the world of dog sports. This includes FastCAT, Agility, Obedience and we continue to explore other avenues as well. We look forward to introducing you and your new puppy to this world as it creates a special bond and allows your new friend an outlet and ability to use their brains and bodies as they are meant to. We have very limited litters each year, and only will have 1 or 2 a year. We fully health test all of our dogs based on the recommended tests by our parent club, and will continue to do so as new ones are added. We look to better the breed and that starts way before breeding and continues through the first 8 weeks of the new puppies lives, and will continue support when they leave us and enter their own families. We begin all of our puppies with puppy culture and Early Neurological Stimulation. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. We encourage all prospective puppy owners to do their research and be prepared with questions to ask the breeder. Make sure you are not only choosing the right breed for you, but also that you’re getting it from the right individual.
