Elsie Nisley is a small breeder in North Carolina. She breeds dogs because she loves animals , especially dogs/puppies! She is very focused on keeping her dogs HAPPY, HEALTHY and GOOD LOOKING! She has a line of very beautiful CHIHUAHUAS , with colors varying from Chocolate to White and all colors in between! Some have Champion bloodlines and are very small, varying in size from 3# to 7#. She also now has some very beautiful Russian bloodlines in her pack! She is especially fond of small breed doggies so she has some Pomeranian, Poodle, and Chihuahua. She keeps up with shots and deworming and vet checks. She will be happy to answer your questions and provide you with information you may want, and is quick to answer when you message her!
