If there is no connection at the time of meeting that puppy, buyer will have the option to choose another available puppy or receive a refund of their deposit. If you decide to purchase a puppy elsewhere or change your mind, deposit is forfeited. Puppies will never leave our care before 8 weeks old. If puppy is not mature enough, he or she will stay in our care longer. We vet our prospective families very closely, to make sure our puppies go to the best homes possible. My goal is to produce high quality Yorkshire Terriers that possess desired traits. I spend most of my day with my yorkies. Their loving personalities reflect the amount of socialization they receive from my family. Our sizes vary from tiny to toy. My average puppy size is 3-6 pounds . My puppies are placed in forever homes. The puppies are raised indoors as I expect they will continue to be indoor after they leave to their new home. f you are looking for a "cheap" yorkie, please continue your search. I invest more than you will ever know in my adults Yorkies/baby Yorkies and spend the majority of my time with my Yorkies. Think about this.. you buy a cheap yorkie and then spend thousands in medical bills. Not so cheap anymore! I raise beautiful adult Yorkies, which in turn produce beautiful Yorkie puppies. My yorkies have silk coats, short legs/faces. The yorkies ears will be standing when ready to go of course. Yorkies are an exquisite loving toy breed that deserves high quality pampering. Raising quality yorkies is a 24/7 passionate hobby for me.  My Yorkies are current on their vaccinations, receive regular care, high quality food, clothing, grooming, etc. I have a recorded surveillance system so I can watch my baby yorkies and adult yorkies from anywhere if they are not with me. There isn't much expense spared when it comes to my yorkies. I am very protective over my babies while in my care. I will hold a yorkie with a 1/2 down non-refundable deposit. A yorkie puppy is a lifetime commitment. This is not a refundable-oops I changed my mind- transaction. An emotional decision is not in the best interest of the yorkie baby or for you! Yorkie puppies can be work, but isn't anything worthwhile? My Yorkie will bring you endless unconditional love. These Yorkies are raised to be sweet and affectionate. If your Yorkie has passed on, I do not believe you are replacing your Yorkie. I believe you are adding joy with a new Yorkie. This new addition fills the hole left in your heart! Only you know when you are ready for a sweet, loving baby yorkie. Weekly updated pictures are provided to watch your baby grow. Each puppy will come with a nice gift package. The gift package will include his/her baby banket, toys, food, potty pads, and information pertaining to the care of a yorkie. A reservation fee of of 1/2 down will hold your puppy and is obviously applied to your final balance due upon either pick up or Delivery via my puppy myself. Short face, legs and beautiful hair!   Delivery via my puppy myself is an additional charge of $500 to your nearest major airport or home delivery . I can have them driven to you for the same price if home delivery . Charting an estimated 4 to 5 lbs. when fully grown.Your baby will come with an AKC application 1/2 down to reserve and remainder due upon pick up.
