1. Respect for Intellectual Property
SARL MACHETTO DOUGLAS ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of petbreederdirectory.com and the Pet Breeder Hub platform (the "Service"), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of the Service to do the same.
We respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), codified at 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Service, please follow the procedures outlined below.
2. DMCA Safe Harbor
As a service provider under 17 U.S.C. § 512, SARL MACHETTO DOUGLAS qualifies for safe harbor protection with respect to user-generated content hosted on the Service. 3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material hosted on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). Your notice must include all of the following:

- Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Please send your completed DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Agent at the address provided in Section 4 below. Notices that do not substantially comply with these requirements may not receive a response.

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. If you are unsure whether the material you are reporting is in fact infringing, you should contact an attorney before filing a notification.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on the Service was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Your counter-notification must include all of the following:
- Identification of the material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
- Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your contact information: Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which SARL MACHETTO DOUGLAS may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Please send your counter-notification to our Designated Agent at the address provided in Section 4. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, SARL MACHETTO DOUGLAS will promptly forward a copy to the person who filed the original takedown notice. If the original complainant does not file a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity within ten (10) business days, SARL MACHETTO DOUGLAS will restore the removed material or re-enable access to it.
6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, SARL MACHETTO DOUGLAS has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. SARL MACHETTO DOUGLAS may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the Service or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
7. Misrepresentation Warning
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the alleged infringer, the copyright owner or its licensee, or the service provider.
SARL MACHETTO DOUGLAS reserves the right to seek damages from any party that submits a DMCA notification or counter-notification in bad faith. Filing a false DMCA claim is a serious matter with legal consequences.
