- Fabricated testimonials or reviews from individuals who have not had a genuine interaction with the breeder
- Manipulated or falsified evidence, including doctored photographs, altered documents, or fabricated communications
SARL MACHETTO DOUGLAS reserves the right to remove any content that, in its sole discretion, violates this Policy, and to suspend or permanently ban users who repeatedly or egregiously engage in prohibited conduct.
5. Platform Protections
Under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. 230), SARL MACHETTO DOUGLAS is not the publisher or speaker of user-generated content posted on Pet Breeder Hub. The platform serves as a neutral intermediary, providing the tools and infrastructure for users to share their experiences.
SARL MACHETTO DOUGLAS moderates content in good faith to maintain the quality and integrity of the platform. However, the existence of moderation does not make SARL MACHETTO DOUGLAS the author or publisher of third-party content, nor does it create an obligation to review, verify, or take responsibility for every piece of user-generated content.

Nothing in this Policy limits or waives any legal rights or remedies available to SARL MACHETTO DOUGLAS, breeders, users, or any other affected party under applicable law.
8. Protection of Affiliates & Partners
This Policy extends to protect all affiliates, partners, service providers, contractors, officers, directors, employees, and agents of SARL MACHETTO DOUGLAS (collectively, "Protected Parties"). Defamatory content directed at any Protected Party in connection with the Service is subject to the same prohibitions, reporting mechanisms, and enforcement actions described in this Policy.
Users are prohibited from publishing false statements of fact about any Protected Party's involvement with or role in the Service. Any reports of defamatory content targeting Protected Parties will be treated with the same urgency and scrutiny as reports targeting breeders or other users.
