Managing Your Breeder Subscription

The Subscription tab in your Breeder Dashboard shows your current plan, features included, and billing history. You can upgrade, downgrade, or manage your payment method directly from here.

1. Go to the "Subscription" tab in your Breeder Dashboard.
2. View your plan details:
   • Plan name — Your current subscription tier.
   • Status — Active, trialing, past due, or cancelled.
   • Features — A checklist of features included in your plan.

Below your plan details, you can view your complete invoice history showing:

• Invoice number
• Status (paid, pending, past due)
• Amount
• Billing period
• Download/view PDF links for each invoice

To upgrade, click "Upgrade" or "Manage Subscription". You will be taken to the Stripe customer portal where you can select a higher-tier plan. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be prorated for the remainder of your current billing period.

Click "Manage Subscription" to access the Stripe customer portal where you can:

• Update your payment method (credit/debit card).
• Change your billing address.
• Download past invoices.
• Cancel your subscription.

If a payment fails, your subscription status will change to "Past Due". You will receive an email notification with instructions to update your payment method. If the payment is not resolved within the grace period, your subscription may be downgraded to the free tier. Update your payment method in the Stripe portal to resolve.
