Adding Team Members
Invite team members to help manage your breeder profile, including setting roles and access levels. A premium feature.
Overview
If you work with a partner, staff, or family members who help manage your breeding program, you can invite them as team members. Team members can access your Breeder Dashboard and help manage your profile, litters, and reviews. This is a premium feature with limits based on your subscription tier.
Requirements
- You must be the profile owner (the person who claimed the profile).
- A premium breeder subscription is required.
- Team members must have their own Pet Breeder Hub accounts.
Adding a Team Member
- Go to the "Team" tab in your Breeder Dashboard.
- Click "Add Team Member".
- Enter the team member's email address. They must already have a Pet Breeder Hub account.
- Assign a role and set their access level (what they can view and edit).
- Click "Invite". The team member will receive an email invitation to join your team.
Understanding Roles
The dashboard indicates whether each user is an Owner or a Team Member:
- Owner — Full control over the profile, team management, and subscription billing.
- Team Member — Access to profile management, litters, animals, and reviews based on the permissions you set.
Removing a Team Member
To remove a team member, go to the Team tab and click "Remove" next to their name. They will immediately lose access to your Breeder Dashboard. Their personal Pet Breeder Hub account is not affected.
