How to Contact Us

When contacting support, include:
- Your account email address.
- A clear description of the issue or question.
- Steps you have already tried to resolve it.
- Screenshots if applicable.
- The device and browser you are using (for technical issues).
Response Time
We aim to respond to all support requests within 1–2 business days. Complex issues may take longer to investigate and resolve. You will receive an email acknowledgment when your request is received.
Urgent Issues
For urgent issues such as account security concerns (unauthorized access, compromised password), include "URGENT" in your email subject line so we can prioritize your request.
