Overview
Reviews on Pet Breeder Hub are moderated to ensure they are helpful, honest, and fair. These guidelines explain what is expected in a review and what content is not permitted.
What Makes a Good Review
- Based on personal experience. You should have directly interacted with or purchased from the breeder.
- Specific and factual. Describe what happened, when, and what the outcome was.
- Balanced. Mention both strengths and weaknesses.
- Respectful in tone. Criticism is welcome; personal attacks are not.
- Relevant. Focus on the breeder's practices, animals, and service.

The following content will be removed and may result in account action:
- False or defamatory statements — Deliberately untrue claims about a breeder.
- Personal attacks or threats — Insults, harassment, or threatening language.
- Hate speech or discrimination — Content targeting individuals based on protected characteristics.
- Spam or promotional content — Reviews used to advertise products or services.
- Fake reviews — Reviews from people who did not interact with the breeder, including reviews written by the breeder about themselves.
- Confidential information — Posting someone's personal information (address, financial details) without consent.
- Obscene or explicit content — Profanity, graphic descriptions, or inappropriate images.

Breeder Responses
Breeders can respond to reviews publicly. Responses are also subject to these same content guidelines. If a breeder's response violates our guidelines, you can report it.
Mediation
If a dispute arises between a reviewer and a breeder, Pet Breeder Hub may facilitate mediation through our messaging system. Both parties are expected to engage respectfully. Our goal is to resolve issues fairly for everyone involved.
