Cancelling Your Subscription

Overview

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier — your data is not deleted.

How to Cancel

1. Go to your subscription settings.
   • Buyers: /account/subscription
   • Breeders: Breeder Dashboard → Subscription tab
2. Click "Manage Subscription". You will be taken to the Stripe customer portal.
3. Click "Cancel Plan" or "Cancel Subscription".
4. Confirm the cancellation. You may be asked for a reason (optional).

What Happens After Cancellation

• Immediate: Your subscription is marked for cancellation but remains active until the end of the billing period.
• End of billing period: Premium features are deactivated. Your account reverts to the free tier.
• Your data is preserved: Your profile, reviews, animals, litters, and other data remain intact. Premium-only features simply become inaccessible until you re-subscribe.
• No further charges: You will not be billed again unless you re-subscribe.

Resubscribing

You can re-subscribe at any time by going to your subscription settings and selecting a plan. Your previous data and settings will still be there.

Refund Policy

Cancellations do not trigger a refund for the remaining time in your billing period. You continue to have access to premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for. For billing disputes, contact support.
