Connecting External Review Sources

If you have ratings on other platforms, you can link them to your Pet Breeder Hub profile. External ratings appear on your public profile and contribute to your blended rating score, giving pet seekers a complete picture of your reputation across the internet.

1. Go to the "Review Sources" tab in your Breeder Dashboard.
2. Find the platform you want to link.
3. Enter your profile URL on that platform (e.g., your Google Business URL or Yelp business page).
4. Click "Save". Our system will fetch your current rating and review count.
5. Toggle "Active" to display this source on your public profile.

Your blended rating is a weighted average of your Pet Breeder Hub reviews and all active external sources. This gives pet seekers a single, comprehensive rating that reflects your reputation across all platforms.

The dashboard shows a comparison between your internal (Pet Breeder Hub) rating and your external sources so you can see where your strongest and weakest reviews are.

• Update — Ratings are periodically refreshed automatically. You can also manually refresh by saving the source again.
• Deactivate — Toggle a source to "Inactive" to hide it from your public profile without removing the link.
• Remove — Delete the link entirely if you no longer want it connected.
