Saving Favorite Breeders
Learn how to bookmark breeders you are interested in so you can easily find them later and compare your options.
Overview
When you find breeders you are interested in, save them to your favorites list so you can easily come back to compare profiles, check for new litters, or reach out when you are ready. Saving breeders is available on all account types.
How to Save a Breeder
- Find a breeder you like in the directory or on a breed/location page.
- Click the save button (heart or bookmark icon) on the breeder's card or profile page.
- Confirm. The icon will change to indicate the breeder is now saved.
Note: You must be logged in to save breeders. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in or create an account first.
Viewing Your Saved Breeders
- Go to your account dashboard at
/account. - Click "Saved Breeders" from the quick stats panel or sidebar navigation.
- Browse your list. All your saved breeders appear with their key information. Click any entry to revisit their full profile.
Removing a Saved Breeder
To remove a breeder from your saved list, click the save button again on their card or profile page, or use the remove option on the Saved Breeders page. The breeder will be removed immediately.
Tips for Using Saved Breeders
- Save multiple breeders and compare their profiles, reviews, and certifications side-by-side before making a decision.
- Check back on saved breeders periodically — they may post new litters or receive new reviews.
- Combine saved breeders with Litter Alerts (Premium) to get notified when your favorite breeders have puppies or kittens available.
