Searching the Breeder Directory

The Pet Breeder Hub directory lists thousands of verified breeders across the United States and beyond. You can search by breed, location, and keywords to find breeders that match your needs. Results are displayed as cards showing key information at a glance.

1. Go to the homepage at petbreederdirectory.com.
2. Type a breed name or keyword into the hero search bar (e.g., "Golden Retriever" or "French Bulldog").
3. Press Enter or click the search button. You will be taken to the breeder directory with your search pre-filled.

1. Navigate to the directory. Click "Find Breeders" in the top navigation bar, or go to /breeders.
2. Use the search filters:
   • Breed — Select a specific breed from the dropdown. Start typing to quickly find your breed.
   • Location — Enter a state or let the platform auto-detect your location via your browser.
   • Search term — Type a keyword to search breeder names, descriptions, and other details.
3. View results. Breeder cards appear showing the breeder's photo, name, location, breeds offered, and rating. Click any card to view the full profile.

Each breeder card in the search results includes:

• Breeder photo — A photo of the breeder or their facility.
• Name and location — The breeder's business name and city/state.
• Breeds offered — A list of breeds they work with.
• Rating — Their average star rating based on reviews.
• Contact badges — Icons indicating available contact methods (phone, email, website, WhatsApp).

Tip: Breeders with a "Verified" badge have completed our identity verification process, giving you additional confidence in their legitimacy.

Pet Breeder Hub also has dedicated pages for specific breed and location combinations. For example:

• Golden Retriever breeders in Austin, Texas — Shows all Golden Retriever breeders near Austin.
• French Bulldog breeders in California — Shows all French Bulldog breeders in the state.

These pages are linked from search results and breed profiles, and include nearby cities, related breeds, and frequently asked questions specific to that breed and area.

• Use the breed dropdown rather than typing a breed in the search field for the most accurate results.
• If you are not sure which breed you want, try our Breed Match Quiz first.
• Broaden your location if you do not find many results — great breeders may be a short drive away.
• Save searches you repeat often with our Saved Searches feature (Premium).
