Logging In to Your Account

Overview

You can log in to Pet Breeder Hub using the same method you used to create your account: email and password, or Google sign-in. If you have multi-factor authentication enabled, you will be asked for an additional code after entering your credentials.

Log In with Email and Password

1. Click "Log In" in the top-right corner of any page, or go directly to /auth/login.
2. Enter your email address and the password you chose during registration.
3. Click "Sign In". You will be redirected to your dashboard or the page you were previously viewing.

Log In with Google

1. Click "Log In" in the top-right corner.
2. Click "Continue with Google".
3. Select your Google account. If you are already signed in to Google, this step may be automatic.
4. Done. You are now logged in and will be redirected to your account.

Multi-Factor Authentication Prompt

If you have enabled two-factor authentication (MFA), you will see an additional screen after entering your credentials:

1. Open your authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy) and find the 6-digit code for Pet Breeder Hub.
2. Enter the code in the verification field.
3. Click "Verify". If the code is correct, you will be logged in. Codes expire every 30 seconds, so enter it promptly.

If you chose SMS-based MFA, a code will be sent to your registered phone number instead.

Staying Logged In

Your session remains active for a reasonable period. If you close your browser or remain inactive for an extended time, you may need to log in again. For security, we recommend logging out when using shared or public computers.

Troubleshooting

I forgot my password.

Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page, or see Resetting Your Password.

I get "Invalid credentials" error.

• Double-check your email address for typos.
• Make sure Caps Lock is not turned on.
• If you signed up with Google, you may not have a password set. Use the "Continue with Google" button instead.

I cannot access my account at all.
